Washington DC stalwarts Deleted Scenes released their debut album Birdseed Shirt to Pitchfork’s rave reviews, calling it “ferocious, brave, and a well-balanced demonstration of both thoughtful existentialism and strange, drowsy downers”(Pitchfork, 8.0).
