During the summer of '07, attempting to take his songwriting further, Divino tried home-recording for his works. With the help of his violinist friend, a demo project emerged. A duo of acoustic players was also formed out of their friendship and common bond of music calling themselves Shades of Shelter. Eight original songs birthed out from much laboring and had their demo project named “Living Room Sessions”. While reaping appreciation from few friends about their music, songs from this demo project like “Lay and Fall,” “Dasal”, and “Affections” gained airplays from a local radio station, 97.5 DWLY FM. The song “Lay and Fall” also got aired at K-lite FM.

His 2012 project "Wishin' Christmas Be Alright" is an acoustic rendition of popular Christmas tunes plus one original song. Yet raw, its music aims to bring back cheer and longing for Christmas, family and Christ. Proceeds from this project will go to Baguio City/ La Trinidad Jail and the victims of typhoon Pablo.
