Written, recorded and produced by The 71‘s themselves, this heart-pulsing, fist-pumping collection of songs includes “Get Up And Dance” and “Diamond Heart” - songs containing the pure blood rock and roll The 71‘s have come to be known for. Further, “Angel Eyes” - the stand out track on the record is equal parts Stone Temple Pilots, equal parts Led Zepplin and is turning heads all across texas. The song paints a portrait of a life dealing with demons based on C.S. Lewis’ Screwtape letters, and it is as lyrically provacative as it is melodically addictive.
