True Mad North is a 5-piece rock band from northern California. Their songs are in the tradition of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Fleetwood Mac, Wilco, and Old 97's. Any listener will immediately connect with the tight, multi-part harmonies, twin guitar leads, and the catchy-yet-thoughtful lyrics. And unlike some, this band isn't afraid to rock out with the best. Their self-titled debut LP was produced and mixed by San Francisco producer Andy Freeman and contains guest appearances from Chauntelle DuPree of Eisley and Aaron Eisenberg from the Soft White Sixties.
