TWO LIGHTS is originally from Cape Elizabeth, Maine where the band formed in 2010. Fronted by Abner Willis (keyboard/guitar/vox), Harper Willis (guitar/vox) and Ryan Gross (bass/vox) the band relocated to New York City this year and released their first single, "Summer", in June 2011. Their shows garnered early attention from prominent music blogs such as Brooklyn Vegan and Consequence of Sound, who wrote that the band had "...catchy songs and impressive guitar work... the kind of sound that any music fan would enjoy." The Stark Online wrote, "We've heard some excellent demos from these fresh faced young musicians and have high expectations..." CMJ praised the band's "guitar-laden brand of peppy indie", they were featured in the top NYC alt/rock charts in the Deli Magazine, and Verbicide Magazine named them "New York favorites". Two Lights has performed at popular NYC venues including Highline Ballroom, Studio at Webster Hall, Mercury Lounge, and will release their debut EP early 2012.
